Saintly, Sincere, and Soft-hearted, Christ The King Baptist Church Mourns their Beloved Deacon, Marvin Bell

“In an elegy titled In Memoriam A.H.H., Lord, Alfred Tennyson wrote the line, “‘Tis better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all.” “A.H.H.” stands for Arthur Henry Hallum, Tennyson’s closest friend, who died suddenly in 1833 at 22″ Citation.

Tomorrow, Christ The King Baptist Church, under the Pastoral Leadership and Founder, Pastor John Wesley McVicker, Sr., lovely wife, First Lady Marilynn McVicker, and the entire C.T.K. Family, 7750 N. 60th Street, Celebrates the Life of a faithful member, father, friend, grandfather, husband, and dutiful Deacon, Marvin Bell, on Good Friday, December 1st, 2023. Viewing will begin at 5:00 pm, and Worship Service will start promptly at 6:00 pm.

Sadness, silent tears, and sorrow will be on the heads and hearts of many mourners, and then after sharing the fun times about Deacon Bell, scintillating comments will lift bow down heads, mend broken hearts, and bring smiles to gloomy faces.

“I’m sad to hear that he passed. He lived a blessed and dedicated life and blessed anyone who knew him. I appreciate what he has done to advance my Education and extracurricular activities. My heart is heavy for his family. My family and I will pray for his family’s healing,” said Iris Blunt.

“He was very kind, sweet, and supportive with my Debutante Cotillion 2011.   added India Blunt.

“I assure you that whoever hears my word and believes in the one who sent me has eternal life and won’t come under judgment but has passed from death into life.”

The church mourns with his beautiful and beloved wife of 51 years, Retired Principal from Milwaukee Public Schools, and faithful member at C.T.K., Mrs. Pamela K. Bell. Please keep her and their sons and grandchildren in your prayers.

2 Corinthians 5:8 KJV, “We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.”
