Before service concluded on Advent Sunday, December 22nd, Pastor John W. McVicker, Sr., reiterated, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” This scripture from John 3:16 reminds us of God’s profound love and the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ.
So, During this Advent Season, let’s not forget that the Birth of JESUS CHRIST is the reason for the season. As we all partake in food, fellowship, laughter, and love with family and friends or in solitude, let’s take a moment to reflect on the scripture below.
